Orders Overview

Learn how to manage your orders and check license key statuses in your FLECS account.

What You Can Do in the Orders Section

Once logged into your FLECS account, the Orders page provides a detailed overview of all your purchases. This includes app licenses, transaction statuses, and downloadable items.

Viewing Your Order Details

  1. Log into your FLECS account Navigate to https://flecs.tech/my-account/

  2. Go to 'Orders' Or access directly via https://flecs.tech/my-account/orders/

  3. Select an order Click "View" next to the order you want to inspect.

License Key Status Information

When viewing your order:

  • Scroll down to the "License Keys" section.

  • Here, you will find the following information for each license:

Field
Description

Product Name

The name of the licensed app

License Key

Your unique activation key

Activations

Number of times the license can be activated

Status

The current state of the license (see below)

Expiration

(Optional) Expiry date if the license has a limited validity period

License Status Definitions:

  • Sold: The license has not been activated yet and is still usable.

  • Active: The license has been successfully activated and is in use.

  • Redeemed: The license is no longer active. This can occur due to cancellations, refunds, or transfers to other accounts.

What Else Can You Do?

  • Download files and receipts

  • Reorder previously purchased items

  • Contact support for issues related to transactions or licensing
