What Is a Store?
Your store is the dedicated page where all your products are presented to customers in one place. Visitors can browse your product catalog, view your contact information, find your physical location, and get all relevant details about your company at a glance.
To preview your store as a customer would see it, navigate to Vendor Dashboard → Visit Your Store.

Store Banner
The store banner is a large, prominent image displayed at the top of your store page. It is your opportunity to make a strong first impression — choose a high-quality visual that represents your products or brand identity.
You can set the banner image under Vendor Dashboard → Settings → Store.
Contact Information
To make it easy for customers to reach you, the store settings include a contact form where you can enter:
Phone number
Email address
Physical location / address
Biography — a short description of your company or team
Location map — pinpoints your business location for customers
Store Opening and Closing Hours
You can define the operating hours of your online store for each day of the week. This lets customers know when they can expect active responses and support.
To configure opening hours:
Navigate to Vendor Dashboard → Settings → Store and scroll down to Store Opening-Closing Time.
For each day of the week, select Open or Closed from the dropdown.
If Open, specify the opening and closing times using the time fields.
Click Update Settings to save your changes.
Biography
Use the Biography field to introduce yourself or your company to potential customers. A well-written biography builds trust and helps customers understand who they are buying from. You can find this option under Vendor Dashboard → Settings → Store.
Payment Settings
Configure how you want to receive payments for your sales. For bank transfers, you will need to provide:
Account holder name
Account number
Bank name
Bank address
SWIFT/BIC code
Once all details are entered, click Update Settings to save.
Shipping Settings
This section contains your store-wide shipping configuration, including:
Shipping costs — set default rates for your store
Shipping policy — describe your shipping terms for customers
Refund policy — outline the conditions under which refunds are accepted
Enable/disable shipping — toggle whether physical shipping applies to your products
Note that you can override these store-wide shipping settings on a per-product basis when creating or editing individual products.
Social Profiles
Linking your social media profiles to your store helps build credibility and encourages customer engagement. You can add links to all major social networks directly from the store settings page under Vendor Dashboard → Settings → Store.
Adding social profiles makes your store more trustworthy and accessible to customers who want to learn more about your brand before making a purchase.
